For all Hair, Brow & Lash clients: new clients require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to the treatment.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment

As we all run busy diaries and often have back to back appointments please arrive on time . If you are going to be late please call/text ahead of time where possible. Please note we can allow up to 10 minutes if you are going to be late. Any longer and we will ask you to reschedule your appointment and a fee maybe charged.
